Bayern Munich won the German league this Sunday (04/19/2026) by defeating Stuttgart 4-2 at the Allianz Arena.
This is Bayern’s 35th German title and 34th in the Bundesliga era. The win is also the 13th in 14 seasons, with Bayer Leverkusen breaking the streak in 2024.
Next objectives: Champions League and German Cup
After going behind on the scoreboard due to a goal by Chris Führich for Stuttgart (21′), Bayern turned the game around thanks to Raphaël Guerreiro (31′), Nicolas Jackson (33′) and Alphonso Davies (37′). In the second half, Harry Kane scored his 32nd goal in the Bundesliga this season.
The Bavarian giant, still alive in the Champions League and the German Cup, has 79 points in the Bundesliga, and with four games left it is already out of reach of Borussia Dortmund (64 points).
Record season
Leaders of the championship since the first round thanks to their 6-0 victory against Leipzig, the Munich team have only lost once so far this season, a home defeat against Augsburg (2-1) in mid-January.
With 109 goals scored in 30 league games, Bayern also surpassed the record from the 1971/72 season, set by the same club when Gerd Müller had scored 101 goals.
