Iron Palace Group informed the investing public of a series of changes in its management structure as part of a process of transition and strengthening of strategic areas for the business.

The company detailed that the movements involve relevant positions related to sales, supply chain, technology and human resources, functions that are fundamental for the operation of one of the most important department chains in Mexico.

The information was disclosed through a statement addressed to the Mexican Stock Exchange, in compliance with the Securities Market Law and the provisions applicable to issuers that participate in the Mexican stock market.

Among the main adjustments, the departure of Pedro Luna stands out, who will begin a transition process towards his retirement after serving as Store Sales Director from The Iron Palace. Alexandra Jeanneau will arrive in her place, who will take over as of August 31, 2026.

The new director has international experience in retail operations and customer service, two areas that have become relevant for companies seeking to strengthen the shopping experience in physical stores.

Another of the announced movements corresponds to Oscar Palomares, Director of Technology, Supply Chain, Security and Sustainability, who will leave the organization to undertake a new professional stage.

As part of the restructuring, technology and security responsibilities will be distributed within the current organization, while José Antonio del Ángel will assume the Supply Chain and Sustainability Directorate as of August 31.

The new manager has experience in logistics, planning, commercial operations and supply chain management, a function that has gained importance in the retail sector due to the challenges related to inventories, e-commerce and operational efficiency.

According to data from the consulting firm Deloitte, more than 70% of retail sector executives consider that supply chain optimization will be one of the main strategic priorities for the coming years, driven by digitalization and changes in consumer habits.

The company also announced the departure of Angélica García, who served as DDirector of Human Resources. His position will be occupied by Salvador Reyes as of June 15, 2026.

The appointment occurs at a time when companies face new challenges related to attracting talent, training and retaining employees. According to figures from the global firm Mercer, more than half of companies in Latin America identify talent management as a critical priority to maintain competitiveness.

The changes announced by El Palacio de Hierro reflect an increasingly frequent trend among large corporations: renewing leadership to respond to new market demands, digital transformation and the evolution of consumer expectations.
