A streamer spends 89 hours without sleep to become the first to break a record related to The Legend of Zelda: “6 years of training”

We already know what streamers usually do extreme challenges which, in many cases, harm their health. We saw it with the streamer who spent 35 hours filling a bathtub with a bucket or with the one who spent 11 days awake to achieve the record of being the human who had lasted the longest without resting. Today’s one is related to the world of video games. He streamer Nukiewith a community of 5,000 people, he proposed to go live all Zelda in 3D and of the jerk; a milestone that has taken him 4 days of speedrun and in front of the cameras.

Seven games in 4 days

If we think about tackling The Legend of Zelda games, only Breath of the Wild or Tears of the Kingdom could take us hundreds of hours. Things change when you focus only on the main stories and speedrunning, but this one decided to make it more complicated by complete 100% every game. Nuke wore 6 years practicing to address this challenge and now he has achieved it.

This marathon spanned seven games: from Ocarina of Time to Tears of the Kingdom; a challenge that has taken him a whopping 89 hours live. Each game has taken a different amount of time, which in total would look like this:

  • Ocarina of Time: 4 hours and 19 seconds.
  • Majora’s Mask: 5 hours, 12 minutes and 20 seconds.
  • The Wind Waker: 7 hours, 14 minutes and 12 seconds.
  • Twilight Princess: 7 hours, 12 minutes and 54 seconds.
  • Skyward Sword: 8 hours, 39 minutes and 34 seconds.
  • Breath of the Wild: 22 hours, 40 minutes and 19 seconds.
  • Tears of the Kingdom: 32 hours, 51 minutes and 31 seconds.

According to the streamer, this was about a personal challenge which I had been planning for a long time. For this, he even had medical assistance (as he himself said): he also stated that he had handled the process well and that he did not suffer any problems during the performance of the challenge. However, he does not recommend that anyone follow his example, at least not without precautions. “No one can stop me, I’m on top of the world,” he later wrote on social media.
