Chicago.- A plane United Airlines heading to its gate brushed against the tail of another United plane in the Chicago O’Hare Airportthe authorities reported.
No one was injured in Friday’s incident and the 113 passengers on the Flight 2652 coming from Jackson Hole, Wyomingthey were able to descend from plane normally after a delay, United officials said in a statement.
The second plane suffered a impact in your horizontal stabilizer and was detained at the time of the incident, officials added.
Bill Marcus, a passenger on the flight from Wyoming, said he didn’t even realize anything had happened until the pilot warned that there would be a delay in documenting something and the passengers on the plane saw several people gathering around the right wing.

“I was surprised I didn’t feel something else, although when they separated the planes there was some shaking,” Marcus told CBS News Chicago. It took about an additional 40 minutes for the plane to arrive at the gate, he said.
Earlier this month, two regional airliners Delta Air Lines collided at the intersection of taxiways in the LaGuardia Airport in New York, injuring a flight attendant.
Collisions on the runway like this one could raise concerns about the aviation security in the wake of recent crashes and near-crashes, including the deadliest air incident in the United States in decades, when an Army helicopter collided with a plane preparing to land at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport last January.
