Account holders! If you thought you had seen everything in the universe of creativity and style, think again. Because this year, our beloved Martha Debayle has given us a master lesson in what the true characterization of Halloween means, and we, frankly, still can’t get over it!
This year has shown us that evil, which can have a touch of glamor and an unbreakable attitude, is absolutely irresistible. We are talking, of course, about Martha’s epic transformation into Ursula, the Sea Witch from The Little Mermaid. Forget improvised costumes or last-minute masks; This is art, this is a statement, this is an underwater fashion editorial!

How did she become the Sea Witch?
Halloween costume is not something to take lightly; It is an opportunity to embody the power, audacity and personality of a character that fascinates us. And Ursula, cWith her white hair, blue skin and imposing octopus body, she is the epitome of the villain who lives by her own rules.
If you check the photos, you will see that every detail is an ode to extravagance and perfection. The suit is a darkly designed piece (which Kirey made, by the way), with a structured corset and ruffles that hint at the complexity of the deep sea. But the real coup de effect, without a doubt, are the black and purple tentacles that curl up dramatically, giving it that touch of danger that we love so much about the Sea Witch.

The impressive makeup
This is where the magic happens, account holders. Makeup is not an accessory, it is the very essence of the character. The skin, of an intense lilac tone, contrasts with the scarlet red lips, creating a visual focus of seduction and malice, but who made that wonder? Nothing more and nothing less than our beloved “Chente Chapitas”, Martha’s main driver.
But what really hypnotizes us are the eyes. Exaggeratedly arched eyebrows, drawn with dramatic precision, frame a look loaded with electric blue eyeliner and intense shadows that took 5 hours straight! It is a look that promises to take their voice in exchange for legs, a look that knows exactly what it wants and how to get it. It’s the art of dark seduction at its finest!

Halloween is more than just a costume
You already know that for Martha, Halloween goes beyond a simple costume. It is a lesson in style and producing life. Martha shows us once again that age, conventions or expectations have no place when it comes to expressing yourself boldly and authentically. The ability to transform, to play with identity and take risks in one’s look is an act of self-love and freedom that we should all adopt.
It’s a reminder that sometimes we have to dive into the darkest waters of our creativity to emerge as an unstoppable force.
