At the event CCXP Mexico 2026during the panel of “One More Show: The Lost Tapes“, exclusive clips of the series dubbed into Spanish were shared, where the return of some voices could be seen. Among them, the actors stand out Arturo Catano and David Bueno.

As they are the original actors from the beginning of the series, their return is pleasant although surprising, given that both were forced to abandon their characters under different circumstances. In the case of David Buenomoved to New York without being able to finish the fourth season, being temporarily replaced by Luis Leonardo Suarez and then for Daniel del Roble once the dubbing moved to the studio SDI Media from Mexico.

Arturo Catanofor his part, came to dub the character continuously, with the occasional replacement of Bruno Coronel in a couple of lines for the episode “The real Thomas“, retakes made to soften the dubbing due to its war theme.

However, the change was final from the second half of the eighth season, being Edson Matus who voiced the character for the rest of the series, including “Toontubers” and other guest appearances. The replacement decision came from the administration of SDI Mediaalthough the conflict that caused the recasting is unknown.

Although it was not allowed to record the clip of an episode shown at the event, it was possible to record an animated video specially created for the panel, where you can hear again David Bueno as Benson.

Among the clips shared, the return of Manuel Bueno as Muscular and Moisés Iván Mora as Rigbythe latter having confirmed his participation in the dubbing of the series some time ago. It will soon be known if there will be more returns or if the other characters will have new voices.
