Created in collaboration with Gentle Monster and Warby Parker, the new smart glasses combine artificial intelligence with comfort for everyday use
Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. and Google have presented new smart glasses today(1) at Google I/O 2026, offering a first look at two high-end models created in collaboration with eyewear makers Gentle Monster and Warby Parker. Designed to function as a companion device to a mobile phone, these new glasses allow users to access the assistant through voice interaction and connect seamlessly to their phones, all through a format that will be familiar to them.

Created in collaboration with eyewear manufacturing partners, these smart glasses combine revolutionary AI capabilities with comfort and style, fusing Samsung’s leadership in hardware engineering and Google’s AI technology with high-end eyewear design. Each eyewear brand brings its own design approach to the device. Recognized for its long tradition in the fashion eyewear sector, Gentle Monster presents models with an innovative yet refined aesthetic, while Warby Parker stands out for its elegant and timeless designs.
Designed to discover the world with users in real time, the new smart glasses offer help in everyday life, allowing you to have your hands free and a clear view. Users can access navigation assistance by simply asking Gemini with their voice, receive personalized suggestions such as a nearby coffee shop on their walking route, or even place an order for pickup. They can also receive summary notifications of important messages and add events to their calendars. Additional features include real-time translations with audio that adapts to the speaker’s voice, as well as the ability to translate text on menus or signs that are in the user’s field of vision. Seamlessly integrating into the Galaxy ecosystem, the device helps you easily manage everyday tasks or effortlessly take photos, all without having to take out your phone.
